Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–3 years in Sales or Account Management.
• Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to win new business for J.B. Hunt solutions.
• Meet with prospective customers to assess needs, propose solutions and finalize contracts.
• Develop and execute account strategies and hand off to account management after onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement customer solutions and ensure KPI goals.
