Job summary

You will develop strong technical skills in the order process, work with vendors, set up new customers, generate POs, and keep customers informed with status reports. This role emphasizes clear communication and collaboration across departments to ensure timely ship dates.

Qualifications

• Learn and apply technical skills in dealership software and 20/20 systems.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational, analytical and administrative abilities.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create client proposals including new customer setup, specs, pricing, and revenue codes.
• Generate purchase orders from complete order entry packets.
• Ensure orders are accurate and sent to manufacturers/vendors.
• Coordinate delivery/install dates with vendors, Operations, clients and PMs.
• Publish customer status reports.
• Support project management tasks including spec checks and punch IDs.
• Participate in vendor and dealer training programs.
