Job summary

Insidesource in Seattle, WA is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction on projects of varying sizes. You will work with sales, design, supply chain, PM and service centers to resolve punch list items, warranty requests, and order discrepancies, driving timely and accurate responses.

The role emphasizes process improvements, vendor coordination, and proactive communication to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating quality control or project support is preferred.
• Ability to resolve client concerns and manage punch list items.
• Strong attention to detail and timely communication.
• Experience working with vendors, sales, design and service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client concerns related to punch lists, warranty requests, freight claims, and order discrepancies, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
• Review punch submissions for completeness and coordinate with project teams to obtain missing information.
• Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and follow up on deliveries and installations.
• Assist sales and service teams with status updates on punch/warranty/freight claim orders.
• Assist in timely placement of product and service orders after receipt of product or parts.
• Review and enter vendor acknowledgments with accuracy.
• Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
