Sunbelt Solomon seeks a Sales Support Representative to provide operational and administrative support across the sales and order fulfillment process. You will help develop quotes, manage customer orders, and coordinate across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Transportation to ensure timely and accurate information in Salesforce and SYSPRO.

This onsite role in Spokane, WA requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to resolve issues throughout the quote-to-order

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, order management, or related roles preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn and effectively use business systems such as Salesforce and SYSPRO.

• Prepare and maintain quotes, opportunities, and related sales information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Review and coordinate quote requests, specifications, and customer requirements for routing.
• Process sales orders accurately according to procedures and controls.
• Review quotations and pricing with supporting documents to validate orders.
• Support complex bids, large orders, and cross-functional opportunities.
• Maintain complete opportunity, quote, order, and shipment data in systems.
