Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform a delivery-focused analytics team into a strategic, outcome-driven function. You will set vision, streamline reporting, and deliver trusted dashboards and AI-enabled insights to guide sales strategy.

You will partner with commercial leaders, manage a diverse analytics portfolio, and lead change across governance, adoption, and measurement to maximize business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales/commercial analytics or BI.
• Hands-on experience with dashboards, data engineering, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership and managing substantial change.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, define KPIs, and drive decisions.
• Knowledge of health care or related industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics team to operate as strategic business partners.
• Develop and manage the analytics product portfolio and dashboards.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify decisions analytics must enable.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable insights for planning and performance.
