Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Analytics Senior Manager to own the analytics function for a business unit within Worldwide Commercial Operations. You will partner with sales leadership to deliver prescriptive insights, develop automated Tableau dashboards, and advance forecasting accuracy via ML-informed analytics.

You will work closely with sales finance, planning, and other functions to drive seller productivity and strategic decision-making across the BU.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales operations, BI, analytics or financial analysis
• Experience with relational databases (SQL)
• Experience using data viz tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) to implement best practices
• Familiarity with ML concepts helpful

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Analytics function for a Business Unit within Worldwide Commercial Operations
• Translate business questions into predictive and prescriptive insights
• Design, develop, and deploy SQL-based Tableau dashboards for leadership
• Attend sales performance reviews and strategy meetings as the analytics expert
• Manage prioritization of analytics projects with BU leadership
