Intuitive is seeking a Senior Sales Strategy Analyst to partner with our US Key Account organization and deliver strategic, data-driven guidance that enables growth. You will shape analysis, define metrics, and mentor junior analysts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior commercial leaders.

The role requires fluency with large data sets, strong business judgment, and the ability to build influential relationships with executive partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex, often ambiguous business problems and deliver commercial insights and recommendations directly to executive leadership
• Act as a strategic advisor to our US Key Account commercial team, framing problems and shaping the analytics that drive the business
• Identify and drive improvements to internal processes and analytical infrastructure, maximizing efficiency and value across commercial leadership and the broader organization
• Design and build scalable resources (reporting dashboards, models, and tools) that surface opportunities and make the commercial team measurably more effective
• Own recurring quarterly deliverables end-to-end (executive reporting packages, sales performance reports, dashboard/tool updates), and raise the bar on their quality and rigor
• Mentor and provide technical and analytical guidance to analyst peers and serve as a go-to resource on methodology and best practices
