Job summary

InMarket is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Intelligence to partner with the CFO and senior leaders. You will translate ambiguous business questions into structured analysis, connect data across products, customers, markets, and teams, and present clear recommendations.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled insights and repeatable analytics in a lean environment. You will work across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, owning the quality of thinking and recommendations while ensuring

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of how products, customers, revenue, and GTM connect.
• Proven ability to take an ambiguous business problem, structure it, analyze data, and propose a recommendation.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills with willingness to work directly with data.
• Experience using modern BI tools and data platforms (BigQuery, Salesforce a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior executives.
• Comfortable working independently in a lean environment.
• Experience using AI as part of daily analytical workflow.
• Experience in adtech, martech, measurement, SaaS, or data-driven B2B is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business: develop a deep understanding of products, customers, revenue model, and GTM motion.
• Analyze performance: use data to understand product adoption, revenue, behavior, pricing, and retention.
• Solve ambiguous problems: structure questions, identify root causes, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Inform strategy: evaluate product, pricing, packaging, customer, GTM, and investment opportunities.
• Understand customers and the market: identify shifts and translate into business implications.
• Build a test agenda: define success measures before testing.
• Make analysis repeatable: automate recurring analyses and workflows.
• Close data gaps: partner with Informatics to identify needed data or instrumentation.
