Job summary

ClearCenter is seeking a Sales Coach in Orem, Utah to coordinate training activities and maximize the sales team’s performance. You will mentor new salespeople, design training courses, and prepare educational materials to drive quotas and revenue.

Responsibilities include creating individualized coaching plans, accelerating deal progression via 1:1 reviews, and showcasing the impact of coaching on performance. A strong background in SaaS sales and mentoring is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably SaaS/IT.
• 2+ years of training/mentoring/coaching experience.
• 1+ year of management or team lead experience preferred.
• Ability to simplify complex sales techniques to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized coaching plans with actionable steps.
• Increase deal progression through 1:1 deal reviews.
• Demonstrate coaching program impact on revenue and goals.
• Mentor and coach a group of sales reps to improve sales acumen.
