Job summary

ClearCenter is seeking a Sales Coach to coordinate training activities that maximize our sales team's performance at the Utah location. You will mentor new salespeople, design targeted training programs and prepare educational materials.

As a key member of the Sales department, you will help reps develop their skills, improve deal velocity, and consistently achieve quotas through effective coaching and measurable coaching plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS/IT.
• 2+ years of Training/Mentoring/Coaching experience.
• 1+ year of Management or Team Lead experience preferred.
• Ability to coach others by simplifying complex sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Create individualized coaching plans with actionable and time-bound next steps.
• Increase deal progression and velocity through 1:1 deal reviews.
• Generate buy-in from coached reps by demonstrating how the Coaching Program leads to increased production, revenue and goal attainment.
• Consult, mentor, and coach a selected group of sales reps to affect positive change and increase overall sales acumen and effectiveness.
