Job summary

CaptivateIQ is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will lead and manage customer SaaS deployments, ensuring successful execution and a superior customer experience. Candidates should come from a SaaS background with expertise in scope, timeline, resources, risks, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities include planning and tracking projects, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering clear status reports. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–9 years of project management experience in SaaS (implementations, professional services, or enterprise software deployments).
• Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related financial software is highly desirable.
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to risk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
• Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and manage communications and expectations throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage change control processes for scope/budget/timeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure proper resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to leadership and customers.
• Apply industry best practices and continuous improvement to enhance execution and satisfaction.
