Job summary

CaptivateIQ, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager for our Professional Services team. You will lead complex enterprise SaaS deployments, partnering with engineers and IT leaders to de-risk multi-phase implementations and deliver executive-ready updates.

The role requires PMP certification, a decade of project leadership, strong technical acumen with data integrations, and proven stakeholder management for VP/C-suite sponsors. A BS in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

PMP certification required.
10+ years of project management experience, enterprise SaaS preferred.
Strong technical acumen with data integration, APIs, system architecture.
Experience managing executive stakeholders (VP/C-suite).
Proven track record delivering multi-phase enterprise deployments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
Manage relationships with customer stakeholders and set expectations.
Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage change controls.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure resource allocation.
Maintain project documentation and provide updates to leadership and customers.
Continuously improve delivery methodologies and tooling.
