Job summary

CaptivateIQ, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our Professional Services team to lead and manage customer implementations of our SaaS platform.

This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can oversee scope, timelines, resources, risks, and communications across complex deployments. The ideal candidate comes from a SaaS environment with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving project success

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of project management experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience with incentive compensation management or related financial software is desirable.
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a proactive approach to risk.
• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
• Establish relationships with customer stakeholders and manage communication and expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage scope changes and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources for project success.
• Maintain project documentation and provide updates to leadership and customers.
• Apply best practices to enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.
