Job summary

Modern Campus is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex customer implementations and Professional Services engagements, guiding delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role emphasizes building executive relationships, owning scope and budget, and driving continuous improvement.

You will mentor Project Managers, coordinate governance, and leverage AI to enhance planning and delivery, helping universities grow and students learn.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within software, SaaS, or Professional Services.
• Proven success leading complex customer implementations.
• Strong project governance, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers or leading delivery teams.
• Strong organizational leadership and customer relationship skills.
• Passion for delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer implementation projects from planning through successful completion.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, governance, quality, and customer communications.
• Coordinate delivery across Functional Consulting, Technical Consulting, Digital Experience, QA, Product, and Customer Success.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Mentor Project Managers and support continuous improvement across Project & Program Management.
• Leverage AI to improve project planning, governance, communication, and delivery effectiveness.
• Contribute to improving project management standards and customer delivery practices.
