Job summary

CaptivateIQ, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead customer implementations within our Professional Services team. You will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple SaaS projects and build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

The role requires 6–9 years of PM experience in SaaS, strong communication and leadership skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT/Engineering. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of project management experience in SaaS deployments or enterprise software.
• Experience with incentive compensation management or related financial software.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification a plus but not required.
• Ability to understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, and enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer implementations within the Professional Services team.
• Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage communication and expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage scope changes and budget adjustments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project documentation.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and customers.
• Leverage best practices and continuous improvement to enhance project execution and satisfaction.
