Job summary
Payoneer is seeking a Solutions & Implementation Manager to design scalable, high-performance technical solutions and engage with C-level executives across GTM, Product, R&D, and Operations. You will own end-to-end implementation from concept to deployment while mentoring cross-functional teams in a fast-paced fintech environment.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in solutions architecture, strong communication, and strategic thinking, with familiarity in APIs, SaaS, and tools like Salesforce
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fintech background strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive designs, technical specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the implementation process from concept through testing and deployment, ensuring timely delivery and milestones.
- Evaluate complex requirements (business, technical, security, reporting, legal) and distill into functional requirements.
- Document BRD and SDD, design flowcharts, and maintain a project knowledge base.
- Conduct solution reviews and performance optimizations for maintainability and quality.
- Act as trusted advisor during pre-sales meetings and throughout implementation.
