TCP Software invites an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to bridge software capabilities with tangible business outcomes for a diverse client base in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

The role begins as a novice-level individual contributor and grows in technical depth and deal complexity, supporting demonstrations and coordinating with Sales, Product, and Legal to ensure timely submissions. Expect travel around 30% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering role, preferably SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated experience with technical integrations and familiarity with workforce management tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication to lead value-focused product demonstrations.

Aufgaben

• Deliver compelling software demonstrations and identify prospects' operational pain points.
• Support demonstrations and deal progression for low-complexity opportunities with a senior teammate.
• Develop a structured demo plan based on prospect pains and requirements.
• Review and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires with cross-functional teams.
