Job summary

Assembled is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to lead the technical deployment process and manage customer relationships during onboarding for our customers. As an early member of the Deployments Team, you will help shape deployment processes as we scale—from project management to technical setup, you’ll drive revenue, retention, and satisfaction with our customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Translate customer needs into practical solutions that deliver business value.
• Build relationships across executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Curious and technically inclined; comfortable with data and SQL basics.
• Collaborate with engineers to build features and functionality for customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and guide deployment projects across all customer segments.
• Explore and document product functionality across web and API to build product expertise.
• Develop and refine deployment best practices based on product expertise.
• Improve internal efficiencies and overall customer experience during deployment.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering to get customers live.
• Drive the product roadmap by acting as a liaison between customers and the product org.
• Set the tone for engagement to help customers realize value.
