Planhat is hiring for an entry-level role in its Enterprise Deployment Strategy group in Los Angeles. You will support the Director by building the structure that makes Deployment Strategists effective: planning frameworks, renewal standards, portfolio reporting, and account intelligence.

• Structured thinker who can break ambiguous problems into parts and provide clear recommendations.
• Comfortable with data; familiar with CRM data models and large spreadsheets.
• Disciplined and reliable in delivering commitments without reminders.
• Credible in writing; able to craft clear paragraphs for VP-level audiences.
• Fast learner; able to master Planhat quickly and work without supervision.
• Self-directed; takes initiative and owns results with autonomy and accountability.
• Ambitious to build a career in enterprise customer strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in building the deployment framework, renewal standards, and portfolio reporting.
• Turn portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership and planning.
• Prepare account plans, stakeholder maps, and renewal content for executive reviews.
• Shadow Deployment Strategists on executive customer conversations and renewals.
• Help run the Americas Enterprise operating rhythm and contribute to team frameworks.
