AlphaSense is hiring an Account Manager for Corporate clients. You will manage a portfolio of Fortune 1000 accounts, retain customers, and grow footprint by expanding product adoption across client teams.

Ideal candidates have experience in SaaS, excellent communication, and the ability to build lasting executive relationships. This remote role supports US-based clients and involves proactive client engagement.

Qualifications

• At least three years in account management with retention & expansion targets.
• Relationship-driven with Fortune 1000 client experience.
• Subject matter expert with strong business acumen.
• Energetic, creative, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retention rate across the book of business.
• Increase adoption of AlphaSense solutions within client units to uncover opportunities.
• Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn.
• Forecast retention rates; collaborate with AEs on growth opportunities.
• Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders; serve as client advocate.
