Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager, Corporate to retain and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.

You will be the main contact for inbound queries, outbound engagement, renewals, and relationship updates, collaborating with account executives to identify new business opportunities and expand footprint within client accounts. You will manage relationships across industries, drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions, and perform business reviews with key stakeholders to maximize client

Qualifications

Three or more years in an account management role with retention and growth targets.
Strong ability to build rapport with Fortune 1000 clients.
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to identify growth opportunities and manage renewals.

Responsibilities

Maximize retention rate across the book of business.
Drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions within client units to uncover opportunities and hit revenue goals.
Identify at-risk revenue and position the company to prevent churn.
Collaborate with Account Executives to find growth within client accounts.
Understand client structures to craft compelling messaging and value propositions.
Lead business reviews and maintain proactive, relevant outreach with key stakeholders.
