Job summary

AlphaSense, Inc. is hiring an Account Manager, Consulting & Professional Services to manage a portfolio of Corporate and Consulting & Professional Services clients remotely across the United States.

You will retain and grow relationships, collaborate with Account Executives, and present value through regular business reviews. You are a relationship-driven, commercially minded professional with at least three years in account management, strong communication, and a passion for SaaS.

Qualifications

• At least three years in an account management role with retention and growth targets.
• Strong ability to develop rapport with Fortune 1000 clients.
• Subject-matter expert with internal/external relationship management.
• Energetic, curious, and quick to learn.
• Understand SaaS engagement best practices in client success.

Responsibilities

• Maximize retention rate across the book of business.
• Increase and drive adoption of AlphaSense solutions into other business units to uncover growth opportunities.
• Identify revenue at risk to prevent churn.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth within the book of business.
• Communicate with users and decision makers to craft compelling messaging.
• Hold business reviews with key stakeholders and provide value stories.
