ABB is seeking a senior Planning & Fulfillment leader to advance S&OP, inventory management, and resource allocation. You will design and deploy best-practice processes, optimize the value chain, and drive improvements across multiple units in the Distribution Solutions division.

Lead cross-functional initiatives, manage change, and ensure alignment with business strategy while delivering measurable reductions in lead times and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering).
• 15+ years in production planning, supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
• 2+ years establishing common operating standards across multiple units.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deploy S&OP, inventory management, and short-term planning processes.
• Lead end-to-end process optimization to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery.
• Communicate and implement planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify cross-functional opportunities to drive performance in Planning & Fulfillment.
