Job summary

ABB seeks a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead demand and production planning, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time, complete customer deliveries from Florence, SC. You will head a 5–6 person team onsite and collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales to balance demand with capability.

Required are a Bachelor's in a related field, 6+ years in planning/fulfillment, and leadership experience. MBA or Lean/Six Sigma and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations or related field required.
• Experience leading S&OP, production planning, and inventory optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments; multi-site a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership of planning and fulfillment teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead S&OP and IBP processes to balance demand and supply.
• Manage MPS and MRP, monitor capacity and mitigate constraints.
• Drive inventory optimization and target setting (safety stock, replenishment).
• Oversee order fulfillment to meet on-time, complete delivery targets.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
