Job summary

ABB in North America is seeking an experienced planning and fulfillment leader to drive S&OP development, inventory management, and optimization of the end-to-end supply chain. You will design strategies and deploy standard processes across units, improving working capital and delivery performance.

The role requires 15+ years in planning or related fields, a bachelor’s degree, and proven change-management capabilities to transform planning processes at multiple sites. Onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years in production planning, supply chain, logistics, materials management, or fulfillment operations.
• 2+ years establishing common operating standards for Planning & Fulfillment across multiple units.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end delivery/value chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with business strategy.
• Lead deployment of S&OP and inventory management best practices across units.
• Drive end-to-end process optimization to reduce lead times and improve on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for Planning and Fulfillment to add value across functions.
