Job summary

ABB in Florence, SC is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead demand and production planning, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time, complete customer deliveries. You will manage a team of 5-6 onsite and at a satellite office, partnering with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Sales to balance customer needs with capabilities.

The role emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma, ERP SAP experience, and creating robust planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.
6+ years in supply chain/planning; 5+ years leading teams.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Strong expertise in S&OP, MPS, MRP, inventory optimization.
ERP experience with SAP and analytics tools required.
Continuous improvement mindset with Lean Six Sigma.
Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead S&OP and IBP processes to balance demand with capacity.
Manage demand forecasting, MPS, and MRP; monitor capacity and mitigations.
Drive inventory optimization, safety stock targets, and replenishment.
Oversee order fulfillment and delivery performance with logistics.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to improve satisfaction.
Drive Lean/Six Sigma and standardize best practices across functions.
Lead and develop Planning, Scheduling, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams.
