Job summary

ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Specialist to advance planning KPIs including on-time delivery and inventory turns. You will work with local planners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to embed best practices and drive measurable improvements on site in the US.

Onsite role within the Critical Power Division, reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager. You will perform analyses, support planning technology implementations, and share insights through regular reports to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in planning, fulfillment, supply chain, or operations.
Proven track record of improving planning KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and lead time.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.

Responsibilities

Establish and share best practices for operations planning, inventory management, and resource management.
Support the site supply planning process and local implementation of planning technology solutions.
Performing standard and ad hoc detailed analyses of planning and fulfillment metrics, including Days Inventory on Hand (DIH), on-time delivery, lead time, forecast accuracy, and resource utilization.
Identifying key root causes for non-performance and drives improvement initiatives across businesses.
Compile and share weekly/monthly reports with business leaders on planning, fulfillment, and inventory performance.
