Job summary

ABB in the United States is seeking a Senior Planning & Fulfillment leader to develop S&OP, inventory management, and short-term planning processes. You will design and deploy strategies to optimize working capital and improve the end-to-end supply chain. This onsite role reports to the Business Manager - Operations.

Responsibilities include implementing S&OP across units, reducing lead times, and driving end-to-end process improvements to support on-time delivery and value chain visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, logistics, materials management, or fulfillment operations.
• 2+ years establishing common operating standards for Planning & Fulfillment across multiple manufacturing units.
• Strong understanding of ETO business and end-to-end delivery value chain.

Responsibilities

• Developing, communicating, and implementing planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with the business strategy.
• Deploying S&OP and inventory management best practices across units in line with the division strategy.
• Lead end-to-end process optimization to reduce lead times, inventory, and improve on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities for Planning and Fulfillment to add value to other functions.
