ABB Florence, SC is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead demand planning, production planning, and inventory optimization, ensuring on-time delivery at optimal cost. The role coordinates with Operations, Procurement, Factory Project Managers, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, and Sales to balance customer needs with capabilities.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 5–6 people on-site and at a satellite office, driving Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across
Competenze
- 6+ years in Supply Chain/Production Planning, Materials Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, or Fulfillment.
Mansioni
- Develop and implement planning and fulfillment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead S&OP and IBP processes.
- Balance customer demand with production capacity and supply availability.
- Develop inventory strategies to optimize working capital while supporting customer service requirements.
- Manage order fulfillment activities to achieve on-time and complete shipments.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
