This remote role covers enterprise risk, insurance programs, and alternative risk financing, including captive and self-insurance strategies. Responsibilities span ERM framework, risk reporting, insurance renewals, surety, claims, and contractual risk transfer, collaborating with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management or related field is required.
• 15+ years of progressive risk management and insurance experience in EPC, industrial construction, energy, or infrastructure.
• Experience with captive insurance, self-insurance, or alternative risk financing is preferred.
• Proven track record partnering with executives and a board of directors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization.
• Advise executive leadership and the Board on enterprise, operational, financial and contractual risks.
• Develop KRIs, risk registers, and risk reporting dashboards.
• Oversee corporate and project-specific insurance programs and captive strategies.
• Manage surety programs and risk transfer with legal and operations teams.
• Lead claims management, loss prevention, and safety partnerships.
