SOLV Energy, a national leader in solar, storage, and high-voltage infrastructure, seeks a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to advance enterprise risk programs and financing strategies. You will drive ERM, insurance, surety, and loss prevention initiatives while collaborating with Operations, Legal, and Finance to support growth and reduce total cost of risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required.
• MBA, Master's Degree in Risk Management, or related advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, project risk, construction risk, insurance, or operational risk within EPC, industrial construction, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and provide strategic counsel to executive leadership and the Board.
• Oversee insurance programs including general liability, workers' comp, automobile, cyber, pollution, and professional liability.
• Develop alternative risk financing strategies, captive insurance, and total cost of risk analyses.
• Manage surety program strategy, capacity, and reporting to ensure alignment with backlog and growth.
• Lead claims oversight across multiple lines and coordinate with legal and third-party administrators.
• Negotiate risk transfer provisions within contracts and partner with Legal and Operations to standardize risk controls.
• Collaborate with Safety, Fleet, and Operations to drive loss reduction and risk-aware culture.
