SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead the company’s enterprise risk program and insure strategic risk decisions.

This remote role partners with executive leadership and chapters across operations, safety, finance, and legal to integrate risk into project execution and portfolio management. The role emphasizes captive strategies, complex insurance programs, and loss prevention while strengthening the company’s risk profile and surety

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management and related fields.
• Significant experience managing large-scale insurance and risk financing programs.
• Experience with captive/self-insurance structures and alternative risk financing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework and provide executive guidance.
• Advise the Board on enterprise, operational and financial risks.
• Oversee insurance programs, renewals, and program enhancements.
• Develop and evaluate alternate risk financing and captive strategies.
• Manage surety bonding strategy and related partnerships.
• Oversee claims management and loss reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Operations, Safety, and Finance for risk governance.
