SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management and Construction Risk to lead enterprise risk strategy and protection of the company's global projects.

This remote leadership role partners with Operations, Safety, Finance and Legal to embed risk discipline in all major initiatives, from contract risk transfer to captive financing and loss prevention across nationwide utility-scale projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 15+ years in enterprise risk management or related roles.
• Experience with insurance programs and risk financing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Enterprise Risk Management and report to leadership.
• Develop risk assessments, KRIs, and dashboards.
• Oversee insurance programs and captive financing strategies.
• Manage surety program and claims oversight.
• Partner with Legal and Operations on contractual risk.
