SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Risk Management & Construction Risk to lead the company’s enterprise risk strategy across operations, contracts, insurance, and alternative financing.

This remote role partners with executive leadership to fortify risk posture and optimize cost of risk while guiding complex project exposure. The role requires 15+ years in risk management within EPC/industrial sectors, strong collaboration with Boards, and a track record in insurance program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, finance, business administration, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• MBA or Master's in risk management preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise risk management, insurance, or related sectors.
• Experience managing large-scale insurance and risk financing programs.
• Experience with captive insurance or alternative risk financing structures preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership and Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously enhance the Company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Develop risk assessments, risk registers, and KRIs.
• Provide executive leadership with risk reporting and dashboards.
• Oversee insurance programs and captive/alternative risk financing strategies.
• Manage claims and loss prevention in coordination with Legal and Operations.
