Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a detail-oriented professional to coordinate RFQ/P responses. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers to manage all phases of the proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external partners such as architects, engineers, JV partners, and subcontractors, and maintaining strong follow-through to meet deadlines in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Understand and analyze RFQ or RFP details.
• Strong written and verbal communication for proposals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the RFQ/P response with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Managers.
• Meet deadlines with attention to detail and teamwork.
• Support proposal efforts with internal operations and external partners (architects, engineers, JV partners, subcontractors).
