What Can You Expect

• This position has the responsibility of working closely with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager(s) to coordinate all phases of the company's key deliverable process in response to requests for qualifications or proposals (RFQ/P).
• The ability to meet deadlines, a commitment to teamwork, and detailed follow-through are the keys to success in this role.
• Supporting proposal efforts with internal operations and support departments, including contract administration, preconstruction, and human resources, as well as external partners like architects, engineers, JV partners, and subcontractors.

What You Bring to the Table

• The skill to support the proposal preparation process, including the ability to understand and analyze the details of an RFQ or RFP is a must;
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is preferred;
