You will partner with brand, finance and sales to translate strategy into retailer programs and optimize promotional impact. The role demands 5+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical abilities, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing strategic omni-channel customer and promotional strategies for CPG or related industries.
• Ability to translate brand strategy into retailer strategy and to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead analytics identifying opportunities for pricing, product architecture and promotional improvement; establish recommendations by retailer, channel and region.
• Steer the promotional evaluation process through pre and post evaluation; drive improvements with finance and sales teams.
• Lead creation and implementation of promotional guidelines by price promotional group, category and retailer; monitor adherence and correct outliers.
• Consolidate, analyze and track pricing and promotional KPIs; provide insights and steer corrective actions.
• Provide customer and category promotional insights and performance metrics into the S&OP process.
• Own key reporting for assigned brands/categories; ensure timely delivery and train stakeholders on deliverables.
• Continuously evaluate processes; seek new solutions to simplify department workflows.
