Job summary

Beiersdorf, a global skin care leader, is hiring a Finance Manager, Sales US, in Stamford, CT on a hybrid schedule. You will partner with Sales teams to deliver financial insights, governance, and robust decision support for planning, pricing, and performance reviews.

You will drive annual business planning, manage trade accruals, and embed efficient processes across Sales and Customer Marketing, ensuring compliance and improved profitability. Strong analytics and SAP/Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance or related field required; MBA desirable.
• 3–5 years of Controlling or similar experience in CPG or Beiersdorf.
• 1–2 years accounting and other financial experience in related roles.
• Proven experience with business partnering and cross-functional relationships.
• Strong business analytics skills and data modeling ability.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and BI systems; solid P&L knowledge.
• Excellent English communication; travel flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Sales teams to enhance financial skills and collaboration.
• Provide financial insights and decision-support across Sales processes (RBS, S&OP, etc.).
• Support trade terms management and monthly accruals.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and embed systems/processes.
• Contribute to annual business planning and financial submissions.
• Deliver analysis to Senior Management and advise on improvements.
• Report to Senior Manager, Sales Controlling; hybrid Stamford-based role.
