Job summary

Fortune Brands is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Growth Management, to lead pricing, promotions, and assortment analytics in a hybrid Deerfield, IL role. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align objectives and drive profitability.

The role requires 5+ years in relevant analytics with strong Excel and BI tool skills, plus the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience, incl. 3+ years in Revenue Growth Management or related analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience developing predictive models and applying regression, clustering, and other analyses.
• Ability to explain calculations and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead pricing, promotions, and assortment analytics with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales and profitability.
• Design pricing models and lead implementation with cross-functional buy-in.
• Monitor promotional activities and forecast impact on financial metrics.
• Create dashboards and KPIs to track performance and efficiencies.
• Support annual planning, category management, and channel strategy.
