Job summary

Beiersdorf North America is seeking a seasoned S&OP/Planning Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning cycles and governance across demand, supply, and finance. You will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, S&OP, or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional processes and projects.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience in FMCG/Consumer Goods is preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to connect planning assumptions with financial implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the monthly S&OP cycle and workshops.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning events and governance forums.
• Prepare executive-level S&OP materials and align stakeholders.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and decision points; drive actions.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
