Job summary

Beacon Roofing Supply seeks a Director of Pricing to lead strategic pricing initiatives, implement Pricefx across the network, and drive profitability through analytics. You will collaborate with Finance, IT and Supply Chain to optimize pricing strategies and enable revenue growth for Beacon’s value-added services.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing strategy, commercial excellence and revenue strategy.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and field personnel.
• Familiarity with price optimization platforms (PriceFx, Vendavo, Zilliant, PROS, Periscope).
• Ability to design and implement data collection, maintenance and analysis methodologies.
• Knowledge of system integration and IT tools; proficiency in statistical software is a plus.

• Pricing Strategy/Implementation – define objectives and segmentation aligned to corporate strategy.
• Pricing Systems Improvement – develop and deploy new pricing systems, processes and reports.
• Profitability Management – identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities.
• Analytics – design pricing analytics and optimization to inform profitability goals.
• Collaboration – gather feedback and support price execution across functions.
• Advocate Change – drive adoption of innovative pricing processes across Beacon.
• Execution – lead go-to-market pricing strategy with data-driven recommendations.
