Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Corporation's USPI Revenue Cycle Services seeks a Market Performance Manager to lead RCM strategy for Ambulatory Surgery Centers and regional leadership. You will align client needs with performance metrics, deliver training, and drive process improvements across business offices.

You will partner with client management, report on performance, and develop action plans to close gaps, while coaching staff and ensuring service excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting.
• Proven success in project management roles.
• Understanding of the industry trends, market dynamics, and key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Client's management team to review revenue cycle and operation metrics.
• Deliver regular training and development to Business Office staff.
• Engage with leadership to meet performance goals.
• Represent USPI's Business Office operations in market leadership forums.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve deficiencies in process and performance.
• Collaborate with on-site resources to maximize client satisfaction.
