Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Market Performance Manager to lead Revenue Cycle operations for Regional Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Market Leadership. The role serves as a strategic liaison between USPI Revenue Cycle Services, regional leadership, and client management, guiding business office leadership and defining objectives.

The position emphasizes training, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to exceed goals, while driving continuous improvement in revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting and/or demonstrated knowledge.
• Proven success in project management roles, including developing and implementing business initiatives.
• Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Revenue Cycle initiatives for assigned ASC networks.
• Act as liaison between USPI Revenue Cycle Services, Regional Market Leadership and client centers.
• Provide direction and development support to Client's Business Office leadership.
• Develop action plans to address process and performance gaps.
• Collaborate with on-site resources to maximize solution offering and client satisfaction.
• Report updates to USPI Leadership highlighting client support needs and risks.
