Tenet Healthcare Corporation seeks a Revenue Cycle Management Market Performance Manager to lead RCM for Regional Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Market Leadership teams. You will drive performance, coach Business Office leaders, and partner with regional and national leadership to hit KPIs.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong operations experience in ASC settings, and the ability to implement process improvements while leading cross-functional teams. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an RCM leadership role.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Operations and Revenue Cycle.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting.
• AdvantX, HST, SIS experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and development support to Client's Business Office leadership to meet strategic objectives and performance metrics.
• Partner with Client's management team to review revenue cycle and operation metrics.
• Facilitate regular meetings to report performance and improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Deliver ongoing training and development to Client's Business Office staff.
• Engage with Client, Regional, and National USPI Leadership to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Represent USPI's Business Office operations in market leadership forums.
• Drive process improvements and action plans to address deficiencies.
• Collaborate with on-site resources to maximize solution offerings and client satisfaction.
• Provide updates to USPI Leadership to raise awareness of client support needs and risks.
