Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Market Performance Manager to lead Revenue Cycle Management for Regional Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Market Leaderships. The role functions as the liaison between USPI Revenue Cycle Services, Regional leadership, and ASC clients, driving performance and process improvements.

The candidate will provide strategic leadership, develop business office leadership, and execute training while measuring outcomes against key RCM metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting.
• Proven success in project management and implementing business initiatives.
• Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and KPIs.

Responsabilités

• Provide direction and development support to Client's Business Office leadership to meet strategic objectives and revenue cycle metrics.
• Partner with Client's management to review revenue cycle and operation metrics.
• Facilitate regular meetings to report performance, concerns, and improvement plans.
• Deliver ongoing training and development to Client's Business Office leadership and staff.
• Engage with USPI Leadership to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Represent USPI's Business Office operations in market leadership forums.
