Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Market Performance Manager to lead Revenue Cycle Management at Ambulatory Surgery Centers, liaise between USPI Revenue Cycle Services and Regional leadership, and drive key metrics. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple markets.

Preferred candidates live in MO, TN, OH, or VA. Travel up to 75% is required; compensation includes performance-based incentives and relocation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting and/or demonstrated, relevant knowledge.
• Proven success in project management roles, to include developing and implementing business initiatives.
• Understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Provide direction and development support to Client's Business Office leadership to ensure strategic objectives and Revenue Cycle metrics are met.
• Partner with Client's management team to review revenue cycle and operation metrics in detail.
• Facilitate regular meetings to report performance, concerns, and improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Deliver ongoing training and development support to Client's Business Office leadership and staff.
• Engage with Client and leadership to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Represent USPI's Business Office operations in market-based leadership forums.
• Develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies in processes and performance.
• Collaborate with on-site resources to maximize solution delivery and client satisfaction.
