Job summary

Tenet Healthcare Corporation seeks an RCM Market Performance Manager to lead revenue cycle initiatives for Regional Ambulatory Surgery Centers and market leadership teams. You will drive performance metrics, provide strategic direction, and partner with client leadership to optimize business operations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep RCM knowledge, and proven ability to implement process improvements across multiple centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting and/or demonstrated knowledge.
• AdvantX, HST, SIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and development support to Client's Business Office leadership to ensure strategic objectives and key Revenue Cycle metrics are met.
• Partner with Client's management and stakeholders to review revenue cycle and operation metrics.
• Facilitate regular meetings to report performance, training needs, and improvement plans.
• Deliver ongoing training and development support to Client's Business Office leadership and staff.
• Engage with Client, Regional, and National USPI Leadership to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Represent USPI's Business Office operations in market leadership forums and partner meetings.
• Challenge best practices and drive process improvements across the client environment.
• Develop and implement action plans to address deficiencies in processes and performance.
• Collaborate with on-site resources to maximize solution offerings and client satisfaction.
