Tenet Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Market Performance Manager to lead Revenue Cycle Management across assigned Ambulatory Surgery Centers and regional leadership teams. You will orchestrate strategic initiatives, mentor Business Office leaders, and drive improvements in performance metrics to meet client objectives.

In this role, you will partner with client executives, deliver targeted trainings, report progress to stakeholders, and help shape the future of USPI’s revenue cycle services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in an RCM leadership role.
• Minimum of 5 years of Business Operations and Revenue Cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Operations within an ASC setting.
• Proven success in project management and implementing business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Cycle Management for assigned ASCs and market leaderships.
• Partner with client management to review revenue cycle and operation metrics.
• Deliver training and development to Business Office staff.
• Report performance and improvement plans to stakeholders.
• Engage with healthcare leadership to meet performance goals.
• Represent USPI Business Office in market leadership forums.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop action plans to address deficiencies and improve performance.
• Coordinate with on-site resources to maximize client satisfaction.
• Provide updates to USPI leadership on client support needs and risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
