Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, business, or related field; master's preferred.
• At least five years of healthcare operations, finance, and business development experience.
• Proven success in people management and leadership.
• Strong communication and ability to work with C-level partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational, financial, and growth strategies for ASCs.
• Lead administrators and ensure daily operations meet targets.
• Drive performance improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and EBITDA.
• Build and maintain physician partnerships and governance relationships.
• Oversee scheduling, capacity, and service line development.
