Job summary

S+H Search is seeking a strategic Revenue Manager in the United States to drive pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization initiatives. The role requires partnering with sales, finance, and operations to maximize profitability through data-driven insights and market trends.

The candidate will lead budgeting and long-range planning, build forecasting models, and continuously improve revenue management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling; BI tools experience is a plus.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into business decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize revenue, margin, and market competitiveness.
• Build and maintain revenue forecasts, incorporating historical performance, market conditions, and growth initiatives.
• Analyze key performance metrics, including occupancy/utilization, average rate, and revenue per unit, to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with broader business goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform pricing and positioning decisions.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead budgeting and long-range planning processes related to revenue performance.
• Continuously improve revenue management systems, tools, and processes.
